|Number 2 - we are happy to report that a tour is now
available again to the Pouto -Kaipara Lighthouse - but bookings
essential. Tour departs near Pouto Point - which is approx 1 hour 15 minutes drive south of
Dargaville - 67 ks with the last 20 ks being gravel road.

Horse Riding Warkworth
|1 hour north of Auckland plus 5 minutes from Warkworth.
Scenic Farm and Forest rides. Enjoy safe horse and pony rides for all ages.
Suit beginners to experienced riders. 1 hour, 2 hour or times to suit. Also

Kaipara Vintage Machinery Club,
Harding Park, Dargaville
lots of old machinery - great place to spend a hour or two then visit the
Dargaville Museum which is adjacent

township. See the Rainbow Warrior masts, pre European Maori canoe,
collections hall, impressive kauri gum diggers exhibition hall with
operational gum washing plant. Relics from French warship L'Alcemene wrecked
